The Philosophy

At the core of everything Dante teaches is one belief:

Fundamentals + Consistency = Success

Talent may open the door—but discipline, repetition, and mindset are what separate great from average.
Coles Leadership & Athletic Development goes beyond drills and workouts. We focus on:

-
Mastering fundamentals
-
Building confidence and discipline
-
Developing leadership and accountability
-
Creating a family-oriented support system

Every athlete who walks through our doors becomes part of something bigger—a community that challenges them, supports them, and holds them to a higher standard. We provide not just training, but a safe space for growth, where young athletes learn how to navigate life, carry themselves with purpose, and remain true to who they are.

Family & Purpose

Dante’s greatest motivation and purpose in life comes from his children.

He is the proud father of four: Kennedy Coles, Kameron Coles, and Caimen Howard-Coles. His commitment to developing young athletes is deeply rooted in the same love, guidance, and accountability he pours into his own family.

His daughter, Kennedy Coles, is a testament to that foundation—earning a full Division I basketball scholarship to Niagara University, where she will continue her academic and athletic career at the highest level.

Fatherhood drives Dante’s passion. It fuels his mission to create opportunities, build confidence, and instill discipline in every athlete he mentors. The same standards he sets for his own children—hard work, resilience, character, and consistency—are the standards he brings to Coles Leadership & Athletic Development.

For Dante, this work is personal.

Every athlete who enters the program is treated like family—supported, challenged, and developed not just as a player, but as a person preparing for life beyond the game.
His legacy remains at Conestoga, where he still holds the 100-meter school record (10.5 seconds) and was later honored with induction into the Conestoga Athletic Hall of Fame.

From Athlete to Leader

Dante continued his athletic success at Valley Forge Military College as a two-way starter at wide receiver and defensive back, while also contributing at quarterback. His team lost only two games during his time there—an accomplishment that reflects both talent and discipline.
